Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying market opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies, establish key partnerships, and deliver solutions that align with client needs while contributing to overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Prepare compelling business proposals that highlight our value in quality, safety, and sustainability.

  • Manage the customer journey from acquisition to post-sales support, ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and business partners to drive sustained success.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales.

  • Industry knowledge in electronics is advantageous.
