Position Overview:
GoldPhield is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our client in the Construction & Infrastructure (C&I) industry. This role combines both business development ("hunting") and account management ("farming"), requiring expertise in driving end-to-end sales solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek and engage new business opportunities within the construction industry through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

  • Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and expand accounts.

  • Execute full-cycle sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations aligned with client requirements.

  • Deliver exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.

  • Oversee and expand existing accounts by strengthening relationships with clients and partners.

  • Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

  • Experience in the C&I industry is highly preferred

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales & business development 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
