Position Overview:
GoldPhield is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our client in the Construction & Infrastructure (C&I) industry. This role combines both business development ("hunting") and account management ("farming"), requiring expertise in driving end-to-end sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Actively seek and engage new business opportunities within the construction industry through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and expand accounts.
Execute full-cycle sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
Prepare accurate and timely quotations aligned with client requirements.
Deliver exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Oversee and expand existing accounts by strengthening relationships with clients and partners.
Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in the C&I industry is highly preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales & business development
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
