Position Overview:
GoldPhield is exclusively recruiting a Regional QHSE Manager for a global MNC in industrial automation. This role is responsible for overseeing quality and EHS standards across the region, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and implement QHSE management systems to meet internal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Lead internal, external, and customer audit activities.
Ensure regional teams consistently follow all QHSE processes and standards.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment with effective HSE protocols across the region.
Promote and deliver HSE training throughout the organization.
Lead sustainability initiatives to enhance environmental performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE, or a related field.
8-10+ years of experience in QHSE management.
Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes.
Professional certifications such as QMS (Quality Management System), CQM (Certified Quality Manager), CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), or CQS (Certified Quality Supervisor/Systems) are required
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
