Position Overview:

GoldPhield is exclusively recruiting a Regional QHSE Manager for a global MNC in industrial automation. This role is responsible for overseeing quality and EHS standards across the region, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement QHSE management systems to meet internal, regulatory, and customer requirements.

  • Lead internal, external, and customer audit activities.

  • Ensure regional teams consistently follow all QHSE processes and standards.

  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment with effective HSE protocols across the region.

  • Promote and deliver HSE training throughout the organization.

  • Lead sustainability initiatives to enhance environmental performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE, or a related field.

  • 8-10+ years of experience in QHSE management.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes.

  • Professional certifications such as QMS (Quality Management System), CQM (Certified Quality Manager), CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), or CQS (Certified Quality Supervisor/Systems) are required

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.

  • Singaporean Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
