Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join a global MNC. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team during pre-sales to design and implement customized electrical and mechanical systems that meet customer requirements. As the technical expert for industrial automation solutions, you will be responsible for motion control, drives, PLCs, actuators, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical and mechanical systems tailored to customer requirements.

• Serve as the technical expert and main contact for industrial automation product solutions of motion control, drives, PLCs, actuators, and pneumatic systems etc.

• Conduct simulations, calculations, and testing to evaluate the viability of proposed solutions.

• Oversee the technical integration of system solutions, including motion control, drives, PLCs, actuators, and pneumatic systems etc.

• Provide both remote and on-site technical support as needed by clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical guidance on products and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.

• Proven experience in industrial automation, PLCs, vision systems, motion control, anddrives.

• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
